You will lead the Patient Navigation Services at Sano, playing a key role in how patients engage with us throughout their journey. You will be responsible for developing and executing our Patient Navigation strategy, helping to shape, grow, and scale this role and team as we scale.

Headlines:
  • Role - Patient Navigator Lead
  • Salary - $70,000 - $90,000 pa
  • Location - This is a remote US role, but please note that we’re only able to hire in the following US states
    • Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas
What you'll be doing:
  • Acting as the “face” of Sano for our participants.
  • Replying to inbound participant inquiries, proactively identifying trends to feed into our product development lifecycle & wider automation plans.
  • Proactively reaching out to participants to help them through the study screening process.
  • Overseeing team scaling plans through a Patient Navigation lens, hiring for our international programs.
  • Implementing and evolving best practices to ensure a great participant experience at every stage of the Sano journey.
  • Engaging actively in meetings with external stakeholders including clients and partners.
  • Leading Sano’s patient navigation strategy development and implementation.
This job is for you if you have:
  • Experience leading patient navigation in a health care setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for our participants, including the ability to build trust with participants via phone, email and text.
  • A track record of redesigning or improving established patient navigation processes, to drive patient engagement and operational efficiency for scale.
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly about complex topics.
  • Experience working across multiple functions in a customer-facing role.
  • A background working in customer services.
  • An understanding of the importance of maintaining high privacy and security standards at all times.
Even better if you have:
  • Training in HIPAA, CITI Human Subjects Training, and GCP.
  • Lead patient navigation services at a digital health company previously.
  • Grown the patient navigation function internationally in a prior role.
This role is unlikely to be a great match if:
  • You are uncomfortable connecting one-on-one over the phone, text, and email.
  • You have no prior experience in a relevant healthcare field.
  • You are not a process and systems whiz.
