In this position as a summer intern, you will be participating in the following activities:

 Job Responsibilities
  • The projects scope will vary as needed and may include the following.
  • Online research – Work independently to gather data and develop market assessments to support new product planning projects
  • Competitive analysis – comparative analysis on competitive brands’ websites, HCP promotional materials, social media and external engagement activities.
  • Marketing Operations support – Support the development of annual Brand Plan for different therapeutic areas. Support legal contract paperwork process with marketing vendors and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Provide support for external and internal meetings, as needed
  • Promotional material development support –Assist marketing team with promotional activities and content development as needed.
  • Help prepare internal PowerPoint or other presentations
  • Other responsibilities include:
    • Proactively initiate meetings with marketing team to ensure alignment of project timelines and milestones
    • Actively solicit and employ feedback into the projects to achieve the desired outcomes
    • Defining internal marketing processes, identify best practices, pain points and opportunities for improvement, as well as, executing projects to disseminate best practices and/or address pain points and opportunities for improvement
    • Performs various other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Preferred bilingual in French and English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of products in the market and products of the company along with knowledge of consumers.
  • Knowledge of new technologies and ability of applying it to marketing
  • Skill in effective communication, both orally and in writing
  • Good project management skills
  • Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects effectively
  • Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Education & Experience
  • Student pursuing a degree in life sciences, marketing or business administration
  • One or more year’s administrative experience, preferably in marketing
Working Conditions
  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment as this is a remote position
  • Some project-related domestic travel may be necessary
