The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Senior Sales - Training and sales Enablement Professional will design and implement sales training strategies, develop training modules, oversee the ongoing education of the sales team, collaborate with leadership and operations, and analyze sales data to optimize processes. The role requires experience in creating training content and a solid understanding of sales enablement practices.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the Sales team has the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. A top priority will be to create and develop training programs for the sales team and customers in order to elevate their knowledge and understanding of the Solventum portfolio. This person will determine and evaluate sales training needs in aggregate and down to individual level and design and deliver quality sales training solutions that build essential sales capabilities necessary to achieve all sales goals through successful execution of defined sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in creating training content, and a deep understanding of how to strengthen cross-functional synergy. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly professional and skilled candidate to join our collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive sales enablement strategies that align with the company’s overall sales goals.
Develop and maintain sales training modules
Oversee the creation and delivery of ongoing training programs for the sales team, including onboarding new hires and providing continuing education on new products, market trends, and sales techniques.
Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership, Sales Ops and Product Owners to identify areas of opportunity and provide training in order to help improve operational efficiency for the sales team.
Identify and evaluate potential sales enablement tools and content that will bring value to the sales and marketing teams.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps, track effectiveness of enablement programs, and make data-driven adjustments.
Spend time in the field with the sales team and customers in order to adjust training and messaging to better align with any identified areas of opportunity.
Provide ongoing feedback and communication to sales leadership, marketing, sales ops, and the product teams on needs for improvement or areas of opportunity for additional training.
Continuously seek ways to optimize and standardize the sales process to reduce inefficiencies and improve outcomes. Lead implementation and communication around sales initiatives and identified strategies.
Train and develop selling and presentation skills within the sales organization
Your Skills and Expertise
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 4 years of experience in sales enablement or sales training role; (revenue cycle software industry experience preferred
OR
High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales enablement or sales training role
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Previous experience developing training curriculum and hosting National Peer-to-Peer Training Webinars
Solid understanding of how to interpret and present data, including the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs and provide coaching and feedback to sales team members
Previous experience with SFDC and utilizing sales analytics tools to guide decision making and strategy to guide decision making and strategy
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure timely completion
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Strong understanding of the sales process, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly convey ideas and strategy
Experience in applying outside sales methodologies across the sales organization. Examples of these programs are Impax, Miller Heiman, Challenger, and Dale Carnegie among others.
3+ years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Experience within Healthcare Provider Organizations or Selling Revenue Cycle solutions to Healthcare Provider Organizations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, PowerPoint
Knowledge of US Healthcare Reimbursement Models (Fee for Service, Medicare Advantage, Managed Care, Medicaid Programs)
Location: Remote
Travel: 30% (As per business requirement)
