Recorded Future is seeking an experienced and highly organized Proposal Manager to run and build a program responsible for owning and responding to customer and prospect proposals. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of responding to customer submitted Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), security questionnaires, and other similar inquiries.This role will also involve managing our proposal tool and establishing the necessary programs and processes to efficiently and effectively respond to these requests at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity services, a keen attention to detail, and experience in building and optimizing proposal processes.
