Job description

About Us:
Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a reputable Family Law Firm that provides compassionate and professional legal services. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the firm’s day-to-day operations. This is a part-time, hourly role ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and helping clients feel supported and heard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and empathy

  • Take detailed messages and route calls appropriately

  • Perform data entry and maintain organized digital files

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments

  • Follow up with clients as needed via phone or email

  • Support the team with other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role (legal field a plus)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Experience with Clio is a plus, but not required
