  • Generate and submit weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports related to sales performance, inventory, and profitability.
  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  • Analyze financial data, create financial models, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the development of automated reporting tools.

About the Role

KITSCH is currently looking for a motivated and talented Finance Analyst to join our Finance & Planning team. 

He/she will be responsible for Generating and Submitting Weekly, Monthly and Annual Reports for the total Company (these reports are related to: Sales Performance and Analysis, Inventory and Supply Chain, Company Profitability, On-Going Projects…) and to work closely with other Departments (such as Sales, Procurement and Logistics) to understand and make recommendations that will help the Company drive profitability and lower costs.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  • Create different kinds of finance related management reports for internal and external Stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
  • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
  • Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
 

What are we looking for in you?

  • Education
    • BS in Accountancy, Finance or Economics
    • Desirable: CPA
  • Experience
    • 2-3 years of experience
    • Desirable: Experience in Finance in a Retail or Consumer Goods Company
  • Required Skills
    • MS Excel (Advanced)
    • Knowledge of Accounting & Finance
    • English: B2+ (as he/she will be communicating findings and recommendations an International Team based mostly in the US and the Philippines)
