Job description

This is a remote position.

As the Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries regarding services, products, and installations. Operating both in the warehouse and out on the farm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.

Your key responsibility will be to understand our clients' needs and challenges post-sale, and to proactively address them. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our services, installation of our product, and to identify areas for improvement.

As a member of a remote team, you must communicate effectively with your colleagues, feel comfortable raising issues or questions, and offer insights.

      
The Communication to the Farmers during the Customer Onboarding Process,
• The successful processing of the sales contracting process (i.e., Quotes to Contracts), and
• The successful onboarding of the customer to Rural Energy (i.e., Contracts to Billing) and
• The successful installation of the farmers solar system.
• Be the interface between the company and the customer
• Insure that the customer is fully informed of the process and timelines for the solar installation
• Consistently improve the customer communication journey
• Become a trusted and engaged member of the dairy industry
• Foster strong relationships and ensure their ongoing satisfaction
• Generate new leads and referrals


Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role with sales know-how in the Australian or New Zealand, or US solar industry.
  • A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has experience in using Spreadsheet and Excel
  • A positive mindset, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to learn fast and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Extremely competent in problem solving with the ability to de-escalate issues.


Work Environment & Expectations

While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)

• Use of time tracking software during work hours

• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON

• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift

• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

 

⏱ Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits
1.     Monthly Salary: Php 35,000

2.     Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month

3.     You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays

4.     Probation: 6 months and after Probation            

  •       10 days annual leave credits
  •       5 days of sick leave

5.     HMO offered after 6-months probation

6.     Eligible for 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7.     Annual Appraisal

8.     Laptop provided after 30 days

9.    Permanent work-from-home role. You will have to use your own internet.

10. SHIFT TIMES: 7AM to 4PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday



Salary:

PHP35,000
