Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client’s expanding financial team. This role offers unique exposure to diverse business operations, from manufacturing to property management, providing valuable cross-industry experience. You’ll be instrumental in streamlining financial processes and supporting the company’s growth trajectory through precise bookkeeping and regular financial reporting. Working with modern tools and systems, you’ll help transform financial operations while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Execute full-cycle bookkeeping using Xero accounting software
  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable across multiple business entities
  • Handle invoice processing and documentation through Hubdoc
  • Create and monitor purchase orders within the system
  • Generate and distribute sales invoices with proactive payment follow-up
  • Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
  • Develop weekly cash flow forecasts for business planning
  • Prepare organized payment lists for weekly processing
  • Track and update payment statuses in real-time
  • Maintain detailed financial records for multiple business divisions


Requirements

  • Proven experience with Xero accounting software
  • Working knowledge of Hubdoc or similar document management platforms
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Professional English communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (Slack, WhatsApp)
  • Available during UK business hours (GMT/BST)
  • Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
