Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Perth, Australia Time)

We are seeking a proactive and sharp Administrative Assistant to support our expanding operations.

About the Role:
This role is perfect for a motivated self-starter—ideally in their 20s—who can quickly grasp instructions and work with minimal supervision. As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our student operations, ensuring a smooth enrollment experience, managing communications, and supporting course administration. There is room for growth in this role as you gain experience and contribute to the center’s success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete student enrollment process across multiple language programs.
  • Create, update, and maintain student databases, categorized by language preference.
  • Coordinate with instructors to confirm course schedules and availability.
  • Use Brevo (or similar tools like MailChimp) to create and send targeted email campaigns.
  • Monitor class registrations and ensure minimum enrollment numbers are met.
  • Set up and schedule new classes according to calendar and venue availability.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via email.
  • Forward emails and manage communications efficiently.
  • Assist in processing student payments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support student retention through well-timed communication and engagement strategies.

Requirements
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow instructions without repetition.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn email marketing platforms such as Brevo or MailChimp.
  • Confident using Google Docs, spreadsheets, and other online productivity tools.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent written communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and reliable under minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a tech-savvy, multicultural environment.
  • Interest in education and supporting student success.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or education (preferred but not required).
