Job Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile client accounts using QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with international standards.
Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll, where applicable.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (local and international).
Assist clients with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and general financial planning.
Communicate professionally with clients across different time zones.
Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience as an Accountant from the Accounting/Finance Consulting Sector
Candidate should be a qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
An Ideal candidate should have experience in a client-facing role and rich experience in a foreign or international environment.
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero (certification is an advantage).
Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS).
An ideal candidate should have intermediate knowledge and experience of using Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
