Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Center of Excellence & Training Development, you'll develop best practices in customer onboarding and partner enablement, ensuring unparalleled training and process standardization. Key Tasks:
Implementation Best Practices & Adoption Strategy
Ensure structured implementation methodologies are followed, tracks customer adoption metrics to resolve onboarding issues, and provides best-practice support. It involves collaborating with data teams for targeted interventions and optimizing the Adoption Dashboard to monitor feature usage and engagement.
Training & Enablement Integration
Collaborate with Kyriba Elevate to align training with implementation and adoption needs, deliver enablement sessions for various teams (Professional Services, Partners and Sales) and develop learning materials and best-practice documentation. Ensure the CoE’s expertise is integrated into Kyriba Academy’s certification and training programs.
Partner Excellence & Implementation Governance
Manage partner certification programs for implementation best practices, ensuring high standards. Monitor partner-led implementations, offering guidance and corrective actions when needed. Develop knowledge-sharing tools and content for partners, and handle escalations related to implementation quality, supporting the Senior Manager in partner accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer journey. Use AI-powered tools to enhance troubleshooting efficiency and reduce direct support needs. Develop self-service implementation resources to boost scalability and review Jira enhancement requests for clarity before escalating to the Product team.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Learning & Development, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, or process optimization within a SaaS or financial solutions environment.
Experience in developing training materials and delivering enablement sessions.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Product, Professional Services, and Partner Ecosystem.
Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools, LMS platforms, and self-service enablement models is a plus.
