Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and services to offer informed assistance.
  • Document interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to continually improve service standards and processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to advance your skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback based on customer interactions to support process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in customer service or advisory roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in Athens, Greece.
