What You’ll Do
  • Fully responsible for driving and managing all aspects of the Customer Order Lifecycle, from order entry to delivery. Focused on our Trade, Consumer and OEM Channel.

  • Participate in meetings with different parties such as, project manager, account managers, customers, supply chain and factories.

  • Be the first point of contact for project managers, sales team and customers.

  • Ensure a high level of communication towards your different stakeholders.

  • Lead and search for solutions to our daily challenges in the process of fulfillment with an agile mindset.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related.

  • +2 years experience in a position within a Customer Service environment (Logistics, Order Management, Customer Supply Chain etc.).

  • You are passionate about providing excellent Customer Service.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

  • Detail-oriented, confident and a great communicator are attributes that define yourself.

  • Intermediate English is desirable.
