Fully responsible for driving and managing all aspects of the Customer Order Lifecycle, from order entry to delivery. Focused on our Trade, Consumer and OEM Channel.
Participate in meetings with different parties such as, project manager, account managers, customers, supply chain and factories.
Be the first point of contact for project managers, sales team and customers.
Ensure a high level of communication towards your different stakeholders.
Lead and search for solutions to our daily challenges in the process of fulfillment with an agile mindset.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related.
+2 years experience in a position within a Customer Service environment (Logistics, Order Management, Customer Supply Chain etc.).
You are passionate about providing excellent Customer Service.
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
Detail-oriented, confident and a great communicator are attributes that define yourself.
Intermediate English is desirable.
