Job Title: Remote Acquisition Analyst (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,000 - 1,350 USD/month depending on experience

Schedule: Flexible. Some overlap Manila Time and MST

Job Overview:

Our client is a real estate investment company based in Denver, Colorado, United States. It is focused on acquiring, renovating, and managing properties to provide reasonably priced housing for the local community.


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Acquisitions/Real Estate Analyst to support our client’s Acquisitions Manager in executing the firm's investment strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in the sourcing, analysis, and acquisition of multi-family real estate properties.


Responsibilities:

  • Investment Sourcing:
  • Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, property owners, and other relevant industry professionals.
  • Market Research and Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct detailed market research and financial analysis to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
  • Due Diligence:
  • Support the due diligence process, gathering and evaluating property, market, and financial data.
  • Investment Committee Preparation:
  • Help prepare comprehensive investment committee memos and presentations that clearly communicate investment analysis and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various internal and external teams, including investor relations, asset management, and property management to facilitate the seamless execution of transactions.
  • Record Maintenance:
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of acquisition activities and investment performance in relevant databases.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects:
  • Participate in or lead ad-hoc projects that support, enhance, and strengthen the acquisition process, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in our investment strategies.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in real estate analysis, finance, or a related field, preferably within a real estate investment or advisory firm.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with real estate software platforms is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, Adaptable, and Resourceful.
