Role: Business Development Manager – Global IT Services

Contract: B2B

Location: Remote (within the United Kingdom)

Salary Range:

  • Mid-level: £30,000 – £50,000 + commission
  • Senior-level: £50,000 – £70,000 + commission

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, engage, and close deals with new clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
  • Leverage AI tools and strategic outreach (cold calling, LinkedIn, email, events).
  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) with the team.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline in CRM (Pipedrive or similar).
  • Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Recruitment & Delivery teams.
  • Represent Rite NRG at industry events and build your professional network.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced in IT services sales – you understand software development and outsourcing.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in New Business Development – you have a strong track record of winning new clients.
  • Proven B2B sales record – you know how to sell tailored solutions.
  • Based in the UK – you have strong market knowledge and an existing professional network in the region.
  • AI-savvy – using tools like ChatGPT to enhance sales is second nature to you.
  • Well-connected on LinkedIn – networking is one of your strengths.
  • Energetic and strategic – you think big and move fast.
  • Fluent in English – other languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
