Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of targeted marketing programs that generate high-quality leads, increase brand visibility, and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will translate strategic marketing objectives into well-structured, scalable campaigns that maximize impact across ABM, industry marketing, and paid media programs. This role requires strong collaboration with Sales, Demand Generation, and broader Marketing teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities and measurable revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Strategize, execute, and manage multi-touch lead generation campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media that deliver high-quality MQLs and strong conversion rates.
Develop and oversee integrated marketing campaigns aligned to industry verticals, personas, and sales priorities.
Translate strategic campaign plans (e.g., ABM or practice-specific initiatives) into detailed operational requirements across platforms like Hubspot and Salesforce.
Ensure campaigns are structured for optimal lead flow, accurate data capture, and actionable reporting/dashboarding.
Marketing Operations & Optimization
Collaborate with marketing operations to build scalable frameworks, templates, and processes that drive campaign efficiency and repeatability.
Partner with Demand Generation and Sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with revenue goals and sales activation strategies.
Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data, applying insights to maximize return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Channel Management & Brand Visibility
Manage execution across key marketing channels, including website, email marketing, advertising, social media, and PR.
Ensure consistency of messaging and positioning across all touchpoints to strengthen Argano’s brand visibility and market penetration.
Support content development and promotional strategies to fuel engagement at each stage of the buyer journey.
Measurement & Reporting
Build and maintain campaign dashboards and reporting structures in Salesforce and Hubspot to monitor lead flow, pipeline generation, and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights, optimize targeting and segmentation, and drive continuous campaign improvement.
Report on campaign results and revenue impact to Marketing and Sales leadership.
Business Impact
Fuel sales pipeline growth through the generation of high-quality, conversion-ready leads.
Align marketing campaigns directly with revenue generation, supporting measurable outcomes and accelerating deal velocity.
Enhance Argano’s market positioning, visibility, and influence within key industries and personas.

Required Experience & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, campaign management, or ABM.
Proven ability to translate marketing strategy into executable campaign plans across digital, paid media, and traditional channels.
Strong experience working with Hubspot and Salesforce (or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms).
Demonstrated ability to create multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns that drive MQLs and pipeline growth.
Analytical mindset with experience building reports, dashboards, and deriving insights from marketing and sales data.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in global consulting, technology, or professional services industries preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
