The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. This role will focus on financial reporting, analysis, and planning, working closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial data to generate clear and insightful reports for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities: 

Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial reports and presentations to key stakeholders. 

Work closely with teams across the organization (Operations, Sales, HR) to ensure financial data aligns with business goals. 

Maintain and improve reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery. 

Assist in the month-end and quarter-end closing process, including financial reconciliations and reporting. 

Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements through data-driven insights. 

● Support the budgeting processes by collecting data, performing variance analysis, and identifying trends. 

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 

2-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business analysis. 

Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (financial modeling, data analysis, automation). 

Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP (NetSuite and BambooHR) is a plus but not required. 

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders. 

● Detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
