About the role

The digital healthcare market is a very exciting and competitive space that has seen considerable growth over the last few years. We are very excited to offer a dynamic opportunity for a Talent & People Co-ordinator to join our People Team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Talent specialist to support our recruitment process, whilst also supporting broader HR functions through administrative and reporting tasks.

The position offers a unique blend of recruitment and HR responsibilities. The ability to adapt to changing business needs is key. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive candidate seeking to deepen their knowledge in a varied, hands-on role.

The role a fully remote 12 month fixed term position.

Key Accountabilities

Talent coordination: You’ll work closely with the Talent Specialist to create job descriptions, publish job listings, screen candidates, arrange interviews and manage candidates through the recruitment process. .

Maintain and organise our recruitment platform and drive Ensuring processes and templates are fit for purpose. We use Team Tailor as our ATS

Social Media & Internal Comms: Help create and post engaging content for LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and internal communications to attract high quality talent.

Onboarding: Support the smooth onboarding of new hires, including sending offers, processing onboarding checks, probation support and coordination of our onboarding program.

Learning platform administration: Ensure all employees complete the required onboarding and continuous training.

Benefits Administration: Take charge of managing and coordinating our employee benefit schemes.

HR administration: Work collaboratively with the team to deliver various administrative tasks.

Reporting: Using our HRIS system (bob) you will support our People Lead to generate monthly and quarterly reports.

Technical skills & experience

  • Exceptionally well-organised with great attention to detail, able to balance multiple priorities while keeping things moving forward.
  • Agenuine interest in growing your career in HR and working within a People department.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and care.
  • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be working with people across all teams at different levels of seniority, adapting your tone as needed. 
  • A hands-on, proactive, and can-do attitude is a must.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to pivot and adjust approaches and priorities as needed.
  • Strong writing skills are essential for creating social media content.
  • Confident with numbers and able to support reporting, though you don’t need to be an expert.
  • Being tech-savvy is highly advantageous, especially with HR platforms like Team Tailor, Bob, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Confluence.
  • A basic understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle - from application and sourcing through to hiring and onboarding

Nice to have, but not at all essential

  • Experience of a healthcare environment or a highly regulated/legislated industry
  • Use of platforms (Team tailor, bob, linked in, confluence, google drive)
  • Some experience in a recruitment or people team
