We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region to be a pivotal force in driving customer value, fostering deep partnerships, and ensuring the long-term success of our valued clients, particularly those with on-premises environments. This is a customer-facing role and an opportunity to be a strategic consultant, a trusted advisor, and a passionate advocate for our customers' data-driven ambitions. You will own the end-to-end customer journey, from initial engagement to realizing significant and measurable business impact with Exasol. Your experience with on-premises infrastructure software will be crucial in understanding and addressing the unique needs of this segment, and your ability to identify and lead sell opportunities will directly contribute to our growth within the EMEA market.
Location: This role is open to candidates located within the EMEA region. Please note that if the successful candidate resides outside of Germany, Spain, or the United Kingdom, their employment will be facilitated through an Employer of Record (EOR) service.
