Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Jira/Atlassian Developer to support a data integration and reporting project. This is a remote contractor role focused on building a custom API to extract data from Jira EazyBI reports and use that data to generate dynamic, insightful PowerBI reports.

Key responsibilities:

Design and develop a custom API to extract data from Jira EazyBI reports
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define reporting requirements
Integrate extracted data into PowerBI and build multiple dashboards
Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance of reports
Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience with Jira and Atlassian tools
Strong background in API development, preferably with experience in custom integrations
Experience working with EazyBI and Jira data structures
Solid understanding of PowerBI, data modeling, and dashboard creation
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
