Job description

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD (flexible up to 2200 USD for exceptional candidates)
Compensation Note: Additional performance-based incentives or bonuses may be available depending on results.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, engaging potential customers via text, web forms, and calls to convert initial interest into scheduled appointments. Your goal is to move prospects quickly through the sales funnel while keeping CRM data accurate and collaborating closely with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly respond to inbound leads from web forms, partners, and marketing sources.
  • Personalize and manage follow-ups via text using Hatch or similar tools.
  • Re-engage past estimates to close deals or receive clear outcomes.
  • Return missed or abandoned calls promptly, ensuring no voicemail is left unanswered.
  • Conduct smart outbound outreach during slower periods to maximize pipeline.
  • Maintain meticulous notes and lead statuses within ServiceTitan.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, marketing, and advisory teams to drive results.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or call center environments.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable multitasking across CRM, chat, phone, and Slack.
  • Motivated by goals and driven to meet KPIs.
  • Friendly, high-energy communicator who can quickly build trust with U.S. homeowners.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience selling to U.S.-based homeowners.
  • Background in HVAC, plumbing, or home services sales.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Hatch, or similar CRM systems.
  • Previous remote work experience supporting U.S. companies.
