Job Title: Client Success Specialist
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were looking for a proactive and personable Client Success Specialist to serve as the frontline communicator with clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting check-ins, providing updates, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their engagement with the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications.
  • Provide regular updates and proactive check-ins.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate internally to gather necessary information for client updates.
  • Track and log client feedback and escalate issues as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., customer support, account management, or client services).
  • High responsiveness and a professional, service-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working EST hours, Monday - Friday.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience working in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with CRMs or communication tracking tools.
