We are looking for a professional Junior Sales Account Executive to join the Ideals Virtual Data Room EMEA team remotely. In this role, your main objective will be managing incoming requests from prospective clients across EMEA and converting them into actual paying customers using different sales techniques.
What you will doManage incoming requests (calls, emails, demos, live meetings) from potential customers from the assigned territoryHelp customers to solve customer’s complex problems using Ideals’ modern internal tools and techniquesDeliver high Lead-to-Deal conversion rate using sales techniques and keeping sales process compliantPresent the product to the customers (including online and offline demonstrations)Collect and share the market insights to improve the sales processDeliver the best on-the-market buying experienceNurture and reactivate previously unqualified and closed lost deals to convert them into customersWhat you bring1+ years of experience in a full sales cycle closing role within a SaaS tech environment Fluent English + fluent Spanish/German/French/Italian/Dutch Strong verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivation, ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasmCompetence in building and maintaining effective relationships with customersProficiency in quickly processing and assimilating new information (product/business and customer needs)Strong problem identification and objection-handling skillsReadiness for occasional travel for industry events and client meetings
