The Technical Product Manager – Patient Solutions will play a foundational role in a new and rapidly growing capability within Inmar Healthcare. This position begins with the responsibility to lead pilot programs and minimum viable products (MVPs) focused on improving patient access, engagement, and healthcare affordability through financial and clinical innovation.
As the Patient Solutions product area grows, this role will expand to include the full lifecycle of product development—from launch to enhancement, and into continued innovation. The Technical Product Manager will also manage product integration opportunities across Inmar’s platform ecosystem and oversee external partners that can accelerate our development velocity and technical scale.
This is a critical execution role at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on product leadership, working closely with internal teams, and external customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Pilot & MVP Execution: Lead technical product efforts for initial pilot programs and MVPs. Translate customer needs into scalable, testable features and work cross-functionally to deliver early proof points that inform future product direction.
Product Lifecycle Management: Following pilot validation, support the launch, enhancement, and sustained development of Patient Solutions products that simplify healthcare expenses, reduce administrative burden, and enable new models of care.
Cross-Product Integration: Identify and manage opportunities to integrate Patient Solutions with other Inmar capabilities (e.g. Financial Services, Martech, etc.) to create seamless user experiences and greater operational efficiency.
Partner Enablement & Management: Collaborate with and manage third-party partners to accelerate solution development and technical delivery. Help evaluate partner fit and ensure interoperability with Inmar systems and customer platforms.
Technical Leadership & Coordination: Work directly with customers, engineers, and internal data teams to define technical requirements, integration pathways, and solution architecture that supports scalable delivery and real-time data exchange.
Product Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with team objectives and business goals. Translate strategic initiatives into well-defined backlogs and ensure timely delivery through agile practices.
Data & Pricing Intelligence Application: Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage insights from pricing models and patient behavior to drive personalization and measurable outcomes.
Customer-Facing Collaboration: Act as a technical product lead in customer conversations, ensuring that solutions meet integration and operational needs and that clients remain aligned with product direction.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, Business, or a related field required.
Experience:
3-5 years in product management or technical product ownership.
Demonstrated experience with pilots and MVPs in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or related industries.
Experience working with APIs, data integration, and systems interoperability (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EHR/EMR systems, pharmacy systems).
Exposure to pricing tools, RCM, or patient engagement platforms is highly desirable.
Certifications: Product Owner or Product Management certification preferred.
