We are looking for a talented Install Coordinator to:

• Organize & coordinate the HVAC Install and QC schedules.
• Dispatch & debrief our install crews.
• Monitor timesheets and prepare payroll for Installers.
• Communicate with customers in a timely & effective manner.
• Manage permits and schedule city inspections.

Job description:

• Schedule Installers, dispatch & review daily
• Maintain dispatch board
• Customer communication & issue resolution
• Job Costing
• Job Closeout, Registration of equipment & warranties
• Permits & Rebates
• Customer Collections
• Installer Timesheets & Payroll preparation
• Daily data entry into Daily Manager Report
• Field Customer Calls / Issues
• Schedule QC’s & City Inspections
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for nights & weekends

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the HVAC industry is highly preferred. Experience with Service Titan MANDATORY

• $20-22/hr.
