Compensation: $ 3,000 - $ 3,500 per month

Role Overview:
We're seeking a highly organized and versatile Operations Coordinator for an exciting new opportunity within our growing team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in providing operational support, streamlining internal workflows, and offering key assistance with executive-level administrative duties. The ideal candidate is proactive, possesses strong organizational and administrative abilities, can manage projects effectively, and has an aptitude for supporting go-to-market strategies. Your contributions will directly drive our team's efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support: Serve as a second set of hands to the Management team, assisting with various operational tasks and initiatives.
Administrative & Executive Assistance: Provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing documents, preparing reports, and managing confidential information.
Process Improvement & Efficiency Implementation: Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient internal processes and workflows. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the management team's workflow.
Presentation Development: Assist in the creation and refinement of slide decks and other presentation materials for internal and external use, including potential client pitches.
Research & Content Support: Conduct research and contribute to the initial drafting of content for presentations and other materials, leveraging provided templates and existing resources.
Project Assistance: Provide support on various internal projects, potentially including tasks related to government procurement registers and other strategic initiatives.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize and potentially optimize our existing tools, including Google Suite, Slack, Asana, and Day AI (CRM). Be open to leveraging additional relevant tools to enhance efficiency.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Demonstrate flexibility and strong problem-solving skills, remaining composed and effective when unexpected challenges arise.
Communication & Organization: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience as an operations coordinator or executive assistant in a fast paced startup environment.
English proficiency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and implement new processes and technologies
Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism.
Comfortable taking initiative, pushing projects forward, and taking ownership of tasks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Comfortable working within US Eastern Time Zone hours (9 am to 6 pm EST, with some flexibility).
Nice to have:
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Day AI, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Consulting background or experience with U.S. government entities.
