We’re looking for an Sales Engagement Manager (Internal Title: Go-to-Market Strategy Manager), someone who lives and breathes outbound, especially when it comes to creating high-impact, multi-channel plays to help us 3x the impact of our SDR Team. You’ve walked in an SDR’s shoes and now spend your time building the content, workflows, and strategy that make outbound teams fly. If you’ve ever said “this play needs a better hook,” you’ll fit right in.
What You'll Own:
- Build and launch multi-channel outbound plays (email, phone, LinkedIn, video, direct mail, etc.)
- Create short, punchy outbound messaging our SDRs actually want to use
- Work hand-in-hand with SDRs and Sales to understand what’s working and iterate quickly
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to ensure our systems and cadences are coordinated
- Bring in AI tools and automation to scale personalization without losing quality
- Track what’s landing and what’s not—and optimize accordingly
You Are Likely to Succeed, If You:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in GTM, including time as an SDR
- Found your groove in writing outbound messaging and building plays
- Understand what good looks like in outbound—and know how to get there faster
- Have a strong grasp of modern outbound tools and tactics
- Love working closely with reps and can translate strategy into action
- Are creative, fast-moving, and energized by testing and learning

- The annual salary for this position is anticipated to be $130,000 - $135,000 (USD). The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.
- This role is bonus-eligible and offers equity.
