Job Role:   Marketing Assistant
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM -5:30PM AU Time Zone
Salary range: $1200 - $1500 AUD

With over 35 years of experience, they are committed to delivering innovative technology that meets the highest quality standards, ensuring safety and operational efficiency across various sectors, including law enforcement and workplace safety.

Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. The role involves updating product manuals, brochures, and user guides, and working with our Marketing manager in creating engaging content, including videos and social media advertising.  

Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing & Manuals:
    Update and design product manuals, brochures, and user guides inline with brand guidelines and project requirement
  • Digital Marketing:
    Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilising analytics tools to gather data and provide insights for optimisation.
  • Event Marketing:
    Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities, handling logistics, materials preparation, and on-site support. ​
  • Administrative Support:
    Provide administrative assistance to the marketing manager to deliver high-quality design solutions and maintain marketing initiatives. ​
  • Campaign Support:
    Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. ​


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of proven experience in a marketing role is preferred.
  • Proven experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is essential. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
