General Administrative Staff

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Risk Operations Team

● Maintain and organize digital and physical records, ensuring accessibility and

confidentiality

● Assist in managing internal reports, trackers, and documentation related to alerts and

requests

● Help prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external

stakeholders

● Monitor email inboxes for incoming inquiries and requests, and route them to the

appropriate team members

● Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing necessary materials and taking

minutes when needed

● Support in compiling data and updating risk alert dashboards or reports

● Liaise with other departments to facilitate the flow of information

● Perform other administrative duties as assigned by RiskOps Director and Risk Ops

Team Leads.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field

● At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience (fresh graduates are welcome to

apply)

● Strong organizational and time management skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● High attention to detail and accuracy

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) and/or Google Workspace

● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
