Job Description
  • To supervise the service activities in the villa restaurant aiming all times for the highest possible customer satisfaction and relieves the  Manager during his / her absence.
  • Ensure the restaurant follows health and safety regulations.
  • Provided highest level of customer service with a positive and professional attitude. 
  • Aids in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Oversaw training needs, inventory control, supply orders, and other logistical responsibilities.
  • To be aware of all VIPs visiting or staying in the villa.
  • To prepare forecasts and statistics
  • To ensure that all team members are aware of the outlet timings and promote the internal activities and events.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality
  • 2 years or more experience in 4-5  star Hotel
  • Russian Speaker (Can communicate and read confidently in Russian)
  • Fluent in English (A foreign language will be an advantage)
  • Profile with Master in one of the recognized hospitality schools is a plus
