Define and prioritize user stories and requirements for integrations with WorldPay (or similar payment processing platforms).
Drive feature development for custom billing layers built in .NET and T-SQL, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
Manage enhancements and support for Sage MAS 500 (AR, AP, GL modules) integration and reporting needs.
Technical Collaboration
Partner with engineering teams building ETL pipelines in JitterBit and Azure Data Factory to support billing and payment services at scale.
Collaborate with Salesforce.com development teams (no direct SF development required) to align CRM and billing processes—especially for organizations leveraging Salesforce Billing.
Ensure technical solutions support key business objectives around billing accuracy, pricing flexibility, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Strategic Execution
Shape and execute the roadmap for payment and billing system modernization, integration, and automation.
Anticipate business needs and propose scalable, future-ready solutions.
Drive adoption of operational excellence best practices, including automated reconciliation, audit trail capture, and incident management.
Help define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing, payment processing, and financial operations.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Experience:
5+ years in a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Program Manager role supporting finance, billing, or payment systems.
Solid understanding of payment gateway integrations (WorldPay, Vantiv, Litle PayPage, or similar).
Experience working with ETL tools such as JitterBit or Azure Data Factory for data integration between platforms.
Knowledge of .NET applications and T-SQL databases, particularly for billing system customizations.
Familiarity with Sage MAS 500 financial modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger).
Experience collaborating with Salesforce.com development teams and understanding Salesforce Billing workflows.
