About the Role

Xtremepush is a CRM & Loyalty Marketing platform. With over 200 different sports betting and iGaming brands using the platform, we are one of the leading providers of customer engagement solutions in the iGaming industry.

To support our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Partnership team to support our diverse initiatives in building out the B2B partner ecosystem.

As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, activating, and growing a global ecosystem of Technology & Solution Partners, and building key relationships at a senior level to increase visibility within key B2B partners in the Sports Betting & iGaming vertical.

Our ecosystem partners within the Sports Betting & iGaming vertical are increasingly integral to customer acquisition and retention, as well as to augmenting awareness of our capabilities in this vertical. You will report into the Director of Partnerships and operate as the relationship owner and subject matter expert on Xtremepush’s existing Technology Partners, and will define and execute joint solution development and go-to-market initiatives. You will also be responsible to identify, prioritise, and establish new types of technology & solution partnerships that have the potential to accelerate Xtremepush’s growth in this vertical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage strategic technology/product partnerships, channel opportunities and alliances with iGaming platforms and similar solutions.

  • Build partner recruitment pipeline that is aligned to the agreed partner profile

  • Meet, ideally exceed, revenue targets through new and existing partners.

  • Work with each partner to define joint value proposition and develop go-to-market (“GTM”) plan, including:

  • Defining mutually agreed outcomes, messaging and investment

  • Secure partner commitment in areas ranging from product development, marketing, sales, and account management

  • Develop & nurture relationships with executives and product managers at key partners that lead to longer-term opportunities

  • Facilitate engagement between Xtremepush Sales and Account Management teams to properly leverage our partners for account access/introductions and expansion

  • Collaborating with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop and execute Xtremepush’s GTM/marketing strategy

  • Expand relationships and visibility within the existing partners by managing at all levels, from C-Level through to their sales and delivery teams

  • Monitor and report on key partnership activities to support individual and team metrics

Your Experience and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry and in the Sports Betting & iGaming vertical

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building  partnership programs and ecosystems. Effective in a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Builds trust with partners and persuades with high integrity

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction. Good listening skills for understanding and implementing briefs.

  • Hands-on with the ability to combine strong execution and strategic thinking

  • Quick learner with strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based organization, collaborate cross-functionally, and build alignment around goals and objectives
