One unified business management suite encompassing finance, shopper, and omnichannel solutions for consumer brands and resellers.
Tens of thousands of customers—including some of the fastest growing brands, Fortune 500 enterprises, and global agencies—are using Threecolts to grow faster, lower costs, and become more agile.
We’re hiring a Director of Partnerships (US) to lead and grow our agency channel — focusing on both new partner acquisition and revenue expansion through existing relationships. This role sits at the core of our Sales-Led Growth (SLG) strategy and requires a hands-on operator with strong e-commerce ecosystem knowledge.
You’ll own a portfolio of high-impact agency partners, help shape our partner strategy from the ground up, and work closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product to drive sourced revenue from our partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and onboard new agency partners — with a focus on those who have influence over large-scale e-commerce retailers and marketplace sellers
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing agency partners to drive repeatable revenue and ensure ongoing collaboration
Build and execute partner engagement strategies — including training, enablement, and incentives — to deepen adoption of Threecolts' product suite
Own and deliver against partner-sourced opportunity and revenue goals, particularly focused on Amazon and Walmart sellers
Represent Threecolts at key industry events, conferences, and partner roadshows to build brand awareness and attract new agency relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, CS) to ensure seamless partner and customer experience from onboarding to deal close
Build a repeatable process for agency partner success — from playbooks and enablement to reporting and co-marketing initiatives
Monitor partner performance analytics, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and expansion opportunities
Stay ahead of industry developments, marketplace dynamics, and competitors to inform our overall go-to-market and partner strategy
Requirements :
10+ years in partnerships, GTM, or business development roles — ideally within SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, or performance agencies
Deep knowledge of the Amazon/Walmart/Shopify ecosystem and US-based agency landscape
Proven experience in both hunting (sourcing new partners) and farming (driving revenue through existing partners)
Strong operational skills — able to run and scale programs, not just define them
Self-starter mindset with a strong ownership mentality; comfortable working autonomously
Clear and confident communicator who can build trust with internal and external stakeholders
Strong commercial and data-driven instincts — you understand how to turn partner activity into measurable business results
Bonus: Existing network across top e-commerce/digital agencies
Success Metrics:
Volume and value of partner-sourced pipeline
Annual Contract Value (ACV) generated through agency channels
Growth in active, engaged agency partners
Net new partner onboarding velocity and retention
Partner satisfaction and enablement completion rates
