The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Regulatory and Payer Solutions business unit within Solventum Health Information Systems (HIS) is a leader in helping commercial and government payers control costs and increase access to quality care with clinically based methodologies developed and refined over more than 40 years. These reliable metrics support efforts to analyze and track performance, reduce inefficiencies, and drive better outcomes.

The Manager, Consulting Solutions, will join a team dedicated to leveraging Solventum measures for payment, quality, and performance management across government, commercial, and international payer programs. Payment innovation, value-based care, and patient safety solutions center our efforts. 

As a Manager, Consulting Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Developing and supporting a team of consultants, analysts, and program managers

  • Overseeing data analytics, client presentations and opportunity analyses

  • Ensuring successful delivery of payment innovation and value-based programs to clients

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to advance market penetration, sales, and revenue initiatives

  • Devising strategies for Solventum products to enhance cost and quality outcomes

  • Providing expertise to product management for new tools and product versions

  • Offering educational opportunities and training to internal teams

  • Communicating key client objectives, progress, and risks to leadership

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

  • Ten of experience in the private, public, or government health care sector in roles involving payment innovation, design and modeling, rate setting, and/or value-based program design, implementation, and support

  • Five or more years of experience leading team members

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's Degree or higher in public health, business, finance, or related field

  • Experience with HIS proprietary patient classification tools and risk adjustment concepts (e.g., Solventum CRG, PPEs, APR DRG, EAPG)

  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid methodologies, quality measures, and value-based program concepts

  • Project management experience, capable of handling multiple projects

  • Familiarity with industry standard financial concepts and calculations such margin, revenue, operating income, etc.

  • Demonstrates urgency, ownership, results, and growth mindset for advancing healthcare payment innovation

  • Self-motivated and adaptable to fast-paced environments, able to work non-standard hours for deadlines and international time zones

  • Strong self-motivation, effective in a hybrid work setup with global colleagues

Work location: Remote US

Travel: May include up to 20% domestic or international travel

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
