Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution for our Authentication solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the authentication market, app shielding technologies, and anti-fraud solutions, with a strong focus on the banking and workforce industry. You will be responsible for ensuring our products meet market needs, delight customers, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Authentication back-end solutions (SaaS and on-prem).
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Champion innovation and align product development with OneSpan’s business goals and customer requirements.
Market Expertise:
- Leverage your deep understanding of the authentication, app shielding, and anti-fraud markets to guide product decisions.
- Stay up to date on regulatory changes, industry standards, and technological advancements, particularly in the banking sector.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to translate strategic goals into actionable requirements and development priorities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback to refine the product roadmap.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers and industry experts to gather insights and validate product concepts.
- Represent OneSpan at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings to showcase thought leadership.
Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Define pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to maximize market impact.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to create compelling messaging and drive product adoption.
Performance Metrics:
- Define and track key success metrics (e.g., revenue, adoption rates, customer satisfaction) to measure product performance and inform future strategies.
