RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Seasoned Senior Business Analyst to drive IT project success with a focus on Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure, and data analytics;
Must leverage technical expertise and strong analytical skills to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables;
Requires advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics tools, a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams;
Be proactive analyst who excels in a fast-paced IT environment, with a passion for driving data-driven improvements and optimizing business processes;
Excellent verbal and written communication in English is required;
Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT projects in M365, Azure, and related cloud environments;
Analyze, model, and visualize data using advanced Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools;
Develop, document, and manage project requirements, workflows, and system configurations;
Facilitate collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery;
Identify and communicate project risks, timelines, and resource needs effectively to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Microsoft 365 (M365):

Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Exchange Online

Azure:

Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, cloud security best practices, and familiarity with Azure DevOps and resource management

Data Analytics:

Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VBA, macros), Power BI, and experience with SQL for data querying

Project Tools:

Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project to track and manage project deliverables
