Position Overview: 
The Sr. Workforce Capacity Planning Analyst will work as part of our delivery organization to help analyze, review, model, and plan for staff requirements in a highly dynamic and fluid environment supporting our decentralized clinical trials. Their job is to use creative thinking and problem solving to analyze data, make assumptions, and recommendations for Care Access’ workforce.



What You'll Be Working On (Duties include but not limited to):
  • Create and manage processes that ensure proper staffing alignment and headcount planning 
  • Contribute to the development of approaches, methodologies, and solutions for capacity planning 
  • Conduct analysis projects, particularly in operational planning support, workload planning, forecasting, capacity utilization, and productivity/process improvements 
  • Lead field studies to establish workforce standards 
  • Design and manage an efficient patient schedule to align with staffing and study needs 
  • Measure and analyze key data to ensure that trends are understood and proactively highlighted to aid decision making 
  • Design staffing plans for new or changing needs within the organization   
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to identify staffing needs   
  • Develop staffing models to drive hiring decision making  
  • Create dashboards using excel and PowerBI to help drive decisions 

  • Physical and Travel Requirements:
  • This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role. 

  • What You Bring (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Ability to develop capacity/demand analysis and execute modeling techniques 
  • Proven ability to presentdata in a concise and effective manor to drive decision making 
  • Experience with defining and improving process to drive efficiency and quality 
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI 
  • A successful analyst must have high capacity for productivity, passion and curiosity to understand the "why", and ability to create and support a story based on quantitative findings 

  • Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degrees preferably in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Simulation, or related field 
  • 3-5 Years of experience in a related field
