Now Hiring: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Location: San Marcos, California

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

We’re looking for an LPCC who thrives in a client-focused environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care. In this role, you'll provide outpatient therapy to a diverse caseload, develop treatment plans, and work alongside a team of skilled clinicians and support staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients in an outpatient setting
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and clinical documentation in a timely manner
Create, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated care
Participate in clinical supervision, peer consultation, and team meetings
Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and clinic policies

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field
Active California LPCC license in good standing (Required)
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting
Knowledge of evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
Excellent communication skills, clinical judgment, and cultural competency
Familiarity with EHR systems and telehealth platforms (experience preferred)
