This is a remote position.
We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while working independently from a remote location.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Answer and respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
Prepare, organize, and maintain digital files and records.
Draft correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and information tracking.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Monitor project timelines and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Perform basic bookkeeping or invoicing tasks (if applicable).
Support general administrative tasks and special projects.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Comfortable using CRM platforms, task management tools, and other remote communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote working environment.
Availability to work Pacific Time hours.
