Senior Business Analyst, Private Equity

We are a fast-paced Business Insurance division within a billion-dollar revenue company specializing serving Private Equity clients.  While Business Insurance experience is not necessary, we are looking to fulfill a strategic need to aid in the capturing data, summarizing key elements and to produce reports with meaningful/saliant points in the most concise way possible to clients (decision making). We are looking for an individual who is proficient in analyzing data and is able to create, design and customize a polished and professional looking report.

Background:  Business Insurance centers on data.  Dissecting and making conclusions are key aspects in how we evaluate and provide opinions for our Private Equity clients while they perform due diligence on a target company.

The need includes:

• Skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be critical for success as we identify and develop key performance indicators, metrics and data visualizations needed to drive success with our customer base. Your role will interact with internal project management teams, various silo SME’s, and executives. Your input would benefit our clients that will communicate our vision and passion for analytical curiosity, business acumen and logic.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including regular call reviews, data coordination, analysis, and client presentations.
• Once data is analyzed and opinions are generated, we need to Graphicly design the conclusions. Creating visual elements to communicate a message.
• Packaging design: Combine form, structure, color, imagery, and typography to make a report appealing client decision makers.
• Use graphic design, architecture, art, and other fields to enhance the client’s experience and understanding of our findings and options.

Qualifications:

•             Strong background in data analysis, with proven experience in reviewing data and formulating recommendations.

•             Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, document editing and reporting-analytics tools

•             Extreme curiosity and creativity drive.

•             Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

•             Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.

•             Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•             Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
