Job description

MassMedia Marketing, Advertising, PR is a digital-first media and PR agency that is headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. We are a results-driven, award-winning firm with deep expertise in the corporate, hospitality and consumer services sectors. We are seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to develop omnichannel creative materials for our clients. The ideal candidate has experience in branding work as well as producing digital assets, including static organic social content and display ads. Attention to detail to produce quality work that is on brief is a must. THIS ROLE IS A REMOTE, CONTRACT, NON-SALARIED POSITION AND COMPENSATED ON A FIXED RATE PER MONTH. The ideal candidate will be consistently available to work on and complete creative projects as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conceptualize, research, design and deliver quality creative work for a wide variety of projects, including print and digital ads, presentation decks, collateral, logos and branded materials
  • Uphold and maintain brand standards to ensure consistency through all design projects
  • Modify existing designs based on feedback and client goals
  • Work in close collaboration with agency account teams and leads to deliver work that is on brief and delivers results to the clients
  • Maintain accurate and up to date creative files within agency library with proper version control
  • Work on agency branding and design projects, as needed

Requirements

  • Must have an associate or bachelor’s degree in graphic design
  • 3-5+ years of agency or relevant experience as a graphic designer working in a fast-paced creative department
  • A creative portfolio that demonstrates proven track record of high-quality creative across multiple traditional and digital platforms
  • Understanding of current digital and design trends
  • Ability to present creative strategy and rationale to clients
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and effectively communicate with clients and internal team
  • Must be comfortable working with Mac and PC platforms
  • Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
