Based in California, but work from anywhere

The Role

  • Create stellar graphic assets to support multiple marketing channels: paid ads (static and video), social media, blog, email, and web
  • Support performance campaigns, brand projects, and editorial work
  • Execute multiple assignments and priorities with quick turnaround times
  • Maintain our growing library of graphic assets
  • Follow project briefs and brand guidelines

The person in the role

  • You’re a design thinker with an intuitive grasp of consumer psychology.
  • You’re versatile, with a passion for photography, video, typography, and iconography.
  • You have a solid grasp of the principles of marketing, brand, and story.
  • You are masterful with workflows, with strong technical knowledge of design and collaboration tools.
  • You work fast and crush tight timelines.
  • You can take a rough brief and turn it into a masterpiece.
  • You live and breathe culture and stay connected to design trends.
  • You are a born collaborator, comfortable executing a brief, receiving notes, giving feedback, and pitching ideas.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a graphic designer at a marketing agency, startup, or brand; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • An impressive portfolio of work across a variety of campaigns and channels
  • Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia or related discipline
  • Proficient with the entire Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects a bonus
  • Experience with performance marketing; B2B marketing background a bonus
  • Knowledge of emerging AI design tools

Salary Range

$40–$60/hour
