Identify, approach, and engage potential partners through outbound efforts.
Actively prospect via cold calling and digital platform outreach.
Build strong relationships with prospects, showcasing the value of potential partnerships.
Manage and overcome challenges commonly faced in outbound sales activities.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management.
Fluency in English;
Self-driven, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset;
Strong negotiation and persuasive sales abilities;
Resilience and adaptability in dealing with outbound sales challenges;
Ability to self-manage efficiently without a structured playbook;
Open to Junior to Mid-level candidates with a proactive, flexible attitude;
Comfort with changing contexts and a proven ability to reinvent oneself when needed.
Previous experience in outbound sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles, partnership development, or affiliate management.
Experience actively prospecting, including cold calling and digital outreach.
Familiarity with working independently in early-stage startup environments.
