Job description

Location: Remote (must be based in Latin America, North America, or Eastern Europe)
Work type: Full-time
Work model: 100% Remote

Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential partners through outbound efforts.

  • Actively prospect via cold calling and digital platform outreach.

  • Build strong relationships with prospects, showcasing the value of potential partnerships.

  • Manage and overcome challenges commonly faced in outbound sales activities.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to continuously improve outreach strategies.

  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management.

Must Have
  • Fluency in English;

  • Self-driven, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset;

  • Strong negotiation and persuasive sales abilities;

  • Resilience and adaptability in dealing with outbound sales challenges;

  • Ability to self-manage efficiently without a structured playbook;

  • Open to Junior to Mid-level candidates with a proactive, flexible attitude;

  • Prior exposure to dynamic environments such as startups, freelancing, or independent contractor roles;
  • Comfort with changing contexts and a proven ability to reinvent oneself when needed.

Nice to Have
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles, partnership development, or affiliate management.

  • Experience actively prospecting, including cold calling and digital outreach.

  • Familiarity with working independently in early-stage startup environments.
