Job description

• Plan, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

• Analyze campaign data and optimize for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, ROAS, and conversions

• Conduct audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies to reach ideal customer profiles

• Write or collaborate on compelling ad copy and creatives that drive engagement and conversions

• Monitor daily performance and adjust campaigns based on real-time insights and results

• Report campaign performance with clear, actionable insights for stakeholders or clients

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, strategy) to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals
