General Details: 

  • Fully remote position.
  • Working hours (40 hours/week any timezone) 
  • Employment type: Contract.
  • Compensation in USD.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in lead generation, growth marketing, or digital sales (B2B preferred)
  • Experience managing SDR/BDR teams and optimizing lead qualification processes
  • Multichannel strategy expertise (inbound/outbound + SEO)
  • Proven track record with acquisition KPIs (Cost per Lead, conversion rates, etc.)
  • Ability to guide SDR teams with data-driven mentoring

Tools:

  • CRM: Close.io, HubSpot (lead nurturing automation)
  • Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (budget management)
  • Analytics: GA4, SEMrush, Hotjar (funnel and behavior analysis)
  • SEO: Google Search Console, keyword research, basic technical SEO
  • Automation: Email marketing, A/B testing (Google Optimize)
