We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager  to establish a comprehensive returning customer journey, encompassing all stages, with a specific focus on retention opportunities. This includes optimizing communication and tactics through our proprietary channels such as Paid Media, E-mail, SMS, and Push Notifications. The primary goal is to enhance retention levels by utilizing data and insights, while simultaneously improving key metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Repurchase Rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and purchase frequency, while minimizing unsubscribe rates and cancelations.
