ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated French Speaking Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying and prospecting new leads, developing targeted lead lists, crafting offers, and closing sales. Additionally, the Specialist will execute various marketing campaigns and contribute to the strategic reporting and analysis of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Prospecting and Generation:

    • Identify and contact potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective leads and clients.
  2. Target Lead List Development:

    • Research and establish targeted lead lists based on industry, market, and company criteria.
    • Analyse market trends and identify potential gaps to refine lead lists.
  3. Offer Creation and Sales Closing:

    • Craft compelling sales offers tailored to client needs and industry standards.
    • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contract terms to successfully close deals.
  4. Campaign Execution and Marketing Activities:

    • Design and implement targeted sales campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
  5. Sales Reporting and Control:

    • Monitor and report on sales activities and campaign outcomes to senior management.
    • Provide accurate forecasts and updates on sales metrics and KPIs.
ABOUT YOU
  • Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent French is a must - at least C1 Level.
