Job description

Trusted empowers the healthcare workforce with technology-first solutions to optimize the clinical workforce. By combining our AI-powered staffing platform with dynamic labor marketplaces, we help leading employers automate the matching and fulfillment of clinical staff---driving down labor costs and reducing administrative burden. Our mission, to help people everywhere get care, has support from top institutional investors such as Craft Ventures, Felicis Ventures, Stepstone, and Founder Collective as well as healthcare innovators like Texas Medical Center, Mercy Health, Intermountain Ventures, and Town Hall Ventures.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic, and technically fluent Engagement Manager to lead the successful launch and adoption of our Works On Demand platform with new health system clients. In this role, you’ll own implementation end-to-end—guiding clients from pilot execution through enterprise-wide expansion—while ensuring strong adoption and measurable impact. This isn’t a traditional account management role; we’re looking for someone who’s just as comfortable navigating product configurations and data as they are building trust with client stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment and love rolling up your sleeves to drive results, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate brings technical fluency and thrives in client-facing, problem-solving environments. You’ve worked closely with product or engineering teams before—whether as an analyst, implementation lead, or product owner—and you know how to speak the language of workflows, edge cases, and adoption challenges. Healthcare experience is a strong plus, as you’ll work directly with operational and clinical leaders at some of the nation’s most innovative health systems.

Your responsibilities

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design and validate end-to-end workflows in close partnership with both clients and internal teams. Ensure the Works platform is embedded into client operational processes in a way that delivers immediate value. You’ll lead the execution of pilot launches, managing all the moving parts across teams, and ensure a smooth path to enterprise-wide expansion.
  • Client Delivery and Execution: Act as the primary point of contact for health system stakeholders throughout implementation and post-launch scaling. Serve as a strategic partner to clients while also getting into the weeds to troubleshoot issues. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and support to ensure client needs are met and the experience is frictionless.
  • Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement: Support client stakeholders in adopting new workflows and technology. You’ll identify and engage key stakeholders, help navigate resistance or ambiguity, and ensure the right training, alignment, and communication plans are in place to drive adoption and long-term success.
  • Metrics Tracking and Business Reviews: Monitor client performance against key success metrics and flag risks early. Lead business reviews with client teams, translating usage and outcome data into clear insights, actionable next steps, and client conversion.

Who you are

  • You’re outcome-oriented and take ownership—you don’t just flag problems, you help solve them.
  • You’re technically fluent — you’re comfortable digging into workflows, data, technical challenges, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • You are a strong communicator who can go deep with technical teams and distill clearly for clients, as well as adapt your style based on your audience.
  • You thrive in ambiguity, stay calm under pressure, and move fast when needed.
  • You have a deep sense of accountability and show up with empathy, urgency, and clarity.

You have

  • 6+ years of experience working with enterprise software products or in complex operational environments in a client-facing capacity—such as implementation, customer success, product ownership, or consulting—with a proven ability to drive adoption, solve operational challenges, and deliver measurable outcomes. Experience implementing solutions for health systems or clinical operations is strongly preferred.
  • A track record of clear, effective communication—you’ve successfully led cross-functional discussions, aligned technical and non-technical stakeholders, and translated complex concepts into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated analytical strength—you’ve used data to identify trends, inform decisions, and shape client strategy, with examples of how your insights led to meaningful impact.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments—you take initiative without waiting for permission, lead through ambiguity, and have successfully navigated complex stakeholder dynamics across both frontline users and executive teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
