The Sales, Enterprise Account Manager is a hybrid commercial role that serves as a vital link between Rely Health and its enterprise-level prospects and clients. This position plays a critical role in late-stage sales opportunities and the development of enterprise partnerships. The Sales, Enterprise Account Manager leads assigned accounts and formulates strategic sales plans to ensure efficient closure of deals and continued growth post-sale. This role is responsible for managing and expanding high-value enterprise client relationships, creating strategic account plans, and driving revenue growth across these accounts. In addition to managing existing relationships, the Sales, Enterprise Account Manager plays an active role in developing new business opportunities and engaging in key moments to support and close late-stage sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and enhance essential relationships with enterprise-level clients.

- Formulate strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth.

- Guarantee effective execution and performance in line with contractual obligations.

- Act as the main point of contact and escalation avenue for clients.

- Create customized solutions tailored to meet client requirements.

- Represent Rely Health as a brand ambassador, embodying its values, mission, and culture.

- Lead and assist in sales initiatives from lead generation through contract negotiation and closure, which includes presentations, solution development, and scoping.

- Craft and present persuasive proposals along with value-driven messaging that showcase Rely Health’s services and vision.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, support new product introductions, and enhance Rely Health's visibility in the market.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, competing offerings, and client challenges to guide sales strategy and client discussions.

Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in commercially focused B2B sales and relationship management with large enterprise healthcare organizations
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding store growth targets and maximizing deal value and lifetime value of a client 
  • Direct experience within the hospital and clinical setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Health plan and/or Health System experience
  • Experience working with evolving technology solution
  • Experience in project planning
  • Experience in promotional sales and marketing

Competencies:

  • Required skills: expertise in Windows and Google environments with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, including Word/Google Docs, Excel/Google Sheets, Outlook/Gmail, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.  
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic account planning.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding store growth targets and maximizing deal value and lifetime value of a client
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with a diverse network of administrative leadership and staff
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical Skills – Mathematical/analytical aptitude, ability to translate operational concepts into measurable results, and vice versa
  • Advanced ability to analyze data sets and manipulate for story-telling and talk-track competencies
  • Advanced ability to drive high performance, process improvement, culture and employee engagement effectively 
  • Change Management- Ability to help counterparts through difficult transitions to a new process, workflow or situation

  • Ability to identify specific action steps to advance programs that enable the client-based clinical and non-clinical teams to execute strategic plans
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service orientation
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
