Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced LATAM Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Latin America in the healthcare space.

Requirements

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to the LATAM market.
    • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various roles and levels.
    • Utilize social media, job boards, networking events, and other channels to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand current and future hiring needs.
    • Provide market insights and recruitment recommendations based on local trends and industry best practices.
  • Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Ensure an engaging candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
    • Manage communication and follow-ups with both active and passive candidates.
  • Compliance & Best Practices:
    • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and diversity & inclusion standards.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • REQUIREMENTS:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on the Latin American market.
      • Experience recruiting in the Healthcare space preferred.
  • SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Language Skills:
        • Proficiency in Spanish and English
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
      • Technical Skills:
        • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
        • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting.
      • Personal Attributes:
        • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
        • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
        • High level of cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the unique aspects of the LATAM region.
